Timber frame build - LiphookThis plot of land was bought by Primesite and designed and developed in 2008. It was sold off plan within a week of going to market and was finished internally to the exacting wishes of the clients.

Set in a third of an acre, and nestled on a National Trust track that fronts wooded common land, this house really does tick all the boxes. It boasts a large kitchen diner, study area, lounge with an open fireplace, utility room and double oak framed garage. Upstairs gave 4 double bedrooms, a family bathroom and ensuite. A huge loft area ready for conversion was also created, maxmising the clients investment in this lovely property.

The house illustrates perfectly our prediliction towards combining the best of traditional and modern building methods. The very traditional facade was created around the internal timber frame structure.
