Old fashioned bungalow transformed into modern cottage
This rundown bungalow was purchased by Primesite in 2010. It was very dated and the rooms badly laid out. It occupied a very pleasant semi-rural plot surrounded by older cottages and farmhouses.
The vision was to transform the property into something worthy of the area and it's neighbours. An artist's impression was created with the help of the ever patient Carl at Born Digital.
The property was sold before completion and the new owners asked for the garage and landscaping to be left to a later date, even so the similarity between the artists impression and the finshed product is startling.

The property was extended and the layout re-jigged. An oak framed porch was added and a new entrance created at the front of the property which was beautifully framed by a clematis covered rustic arch.
The interior was made ready for modern family use and given a belt and braces refurbishment including rewiriring and replumbing with new bathrooms and a spacious fully fitted kitchen.
