With sympathetic use of local materials and architectural salvage we build an extension to blend in seamlessly with the existing structure and a new house to match with the surrounding locale.
With a wealth of experience in traditional construction and with our strategic partner Target Timber Systems, who specialise in timber frames, all your construction needs are fulfilled.
During his years as a builder and project manager, David has built up excellent contacts to enable the supply of competent professionals and subcontractors across all trades and disciplines.

Primesite have also had experience of building in Spain and we can provide a consultancy service covering the legal and regulatory requirements and advice on how to bring a construction project there to successful completion. Inclusive service doesn’t mean exclusive prices. Primesite pride themselves on genuinely competitive pricing and an old fashioned work ethic which means the customer feels that the very best job has been done within their budget and to their timescales.Contract Control
All our work is covered by an initial Quotation which includes all relevant contractual conditions. As the work progresses any variations, either requested by the client, or necessarily caused by regulatory requirements and site conditions, will always be documented and priced for the client's approval.
Project Management, Site Management and Consultancy assignments are undertaken for a daily fee rate with the expected timescales agreed in advance.
Design and Build assignments are usually performed for a fixed price with stage payments made following inspection by the client and the regulatory authorities.
Warranties
We are NHBC registered and all work is performed in compliance with standard building legislation and where necessary with other warranty companies such as Zurich, NICEIC and the new Part L Regulations. All the necessary Completion Certificates are always obtained for our clients.
All Drawings are provided to British Standards.
Appliances, Air Conditioning, AV Distribution, Water Systems and Heating Systems are covered under Manufacturer's and Installer's Warranties which are obtained for our clients.
Your piece of mind is assured by Latent Building Structural Defects in new build projects covered for 10 years and our £5 million public liability insurance policy.![]()
